Our annual Meet the Bees sessions returned this summer, welcoming tenants from across the estate for an engaging and hands-on experience with our resident bee colonies. Delivered by our beekeeping partners, Good Bee Projects, the sessions offered a fascinating insight into the vital role bees play in supporting biodiversity and maintaining healthy ecosystems.
Skypark is home to four thriving hives, housing hundreds of thousands of bees that contribute to the biodiversity of our urban environment. Tenants had the opportunity to meet the bees up close, learn about hive management and pollination, and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting pollinators.
Attendees also got the chance to plant their own pollinator-friendly wildflower pots to take home. It was a fantastic example of tenant engagement in action, bringing our people together through learning, sustainability and shared experience.
