Big Licks has opened at Skypark 5, bringing its first ice cream and dessert restaurant to the West End of the City. Specialising in artisan ice creams, desserts and drinks, the company has taken 2,187 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor of Skypark 5, Finnieston.

A spokesperson for Big Licks said, “We are delighted to announce we are now open in Skypark. We are looking forward to bringing our tantalising combinations of heart-warming desserts and gelato to the West End and to play our part in growing Finnieston’s thriving food and entertainment destination.”

Commenting on the deal on behalf of Skypark, Estelle Forrester Retail Director of Savills said:  “Big Lick’s decision to locate here is a welcome endorsement of the success that is the Skypark community.  With this letting now complete, I am pleased to confirm the availability of  a 3,981 sq ft retail unit suitable for occupation as a temporary let or on a long-term lease.”

Skypark 5 is located adjacent to Skypark 1 and offers a unique business hotel concept to allow those working on campus to play as well as work with a nursery, car valet, Sweat! Gym, social events, and beauty services all on site. It has immediate access to all the transport links, restaurants and leisure facilities that Finnieston has to offer.
