YOGA FOR CORPORATE GROUPS
Why Yoga?
Many scientific studies have proved already the countless benefits of yoga and meditation. The strengthening of our focus and attention, calming our mind in an extraordinary way, is just one of them, making us much more efficient and productive. More and more companies nowadays are introducing yoga and meditation in their workplace to improve the wellbeing and happiness of their employees with remarkable results.
To invest in health within the company is profitable. As per a researched published by the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP), for each euro invested in these kind of programs the ROI is of 2.5 to 4.8 euro in absenteeism and between 2.3 and 5.9 euros in illness costs.
In addition, the practice of Yoga and meditation contribute to a better work atmosphere which help to reduce the labour dispute in a high percentage. All this together with the increase of creativity make the implementation of these programs of workplace health promotion profitable for the company from any view point.
What I offer
I provide Yoga Classes for corporate groups. These classes can be at your office or I can provide a suitable venue if needed. With more than 17 years of experience organizing international corporate events and travels you can trust I will find the most suitable venue for you.
This program goes further than just stretching the body. Through a set of different sessions I go after improving the health culture and increasing the individual and collective’s wellbeing. Individual sessions can also be booked.
With years of yoga practice, I have been working on this area for quite a long time. Through my yoga sessions I help companies to encourage and create good practices on promotion of good health in the workplace.
ABOUT PATRICIA
My first contact with Yoga was in 2008 when I started to practice Hatha Sivananda yoga at the Sivananda Yoga School in Madrid, Spain. Asana practice, meditation, pranayama and kirtan were parts of my yoga practice during four years. In 2012 I moved to Scotland and I started to practice other hatha yoga styles. In 2014 I entered in contact with Ashtanga Yoga and this is the style I have been practicing since then. In 2016 I enrolled to a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at MCY in Glasgow: 200-hour programme registered by the Yoga Alliance, being graduated in July 2017. Get in touch.
