Refurbishment completes on Skypark 5 with 70% occupancy

Skypark has announced it has completed work on a contemporary high quality office refurbishment of Skypark 5 located in the City’s Finnieston area.

Skypark 5 comprises 80,000 sq ft of high quality office space and has signed eight lettings to date making the building 70% let. The building formerly let to the Glasgow School of Art, has undergone a comprehensive multimillion pound refurbishment to a high specification over the ground and five upper floors.  With rent from £13.50 psf, the available accommodation features a contemporary loft style open plan space with exposed ceilings and brickwork and occupiers will have the option to customise the space. New toilet and shower facilities have been added within the common areas of each floor.

Ken McInnes of Ryden, Skypark’s joint agent alongside JLL said: “We are pleased to confirm that Skypark 5 has reached practical completion.  The scheme has rapidly reached 70% occupancy with just four suites available ranging in size from 4,463 sq ft to a full floor of 15,500 sq ft.  Skypark 5 represents an opportunity to secure office space in a first class location alongside some of Scotland’s fastest growing businesses in the heart of Finnieston.”

Skypark 5, is located adjacent to Skypark 1, with immediate access to all transport links and all the shops, independent bars, restaurants and leisure facilities the area has to offer.
