Skypark agrees new lease expansion with Ceridian

Skypark, Scotland’s biggest in-town business park, has agreed a new five-year lease with existing tenant Ceridian Europe to expand its office space in Skypark 5.

A tenant since 2017, Ceridian, a global human capital management firm, brings together HR, payroll with time and attendance in one application, for the country’s leading brands such as Costa Coffee, Moto Hospitality and Halfords across a  variety of industries. Ceridian is taking a total of 10,998 sq ft,  adding 4,660 sq ft on a new five-year lease.

Sonia Dempster, Senior Director Operations,noted: “Today’s announcement marks Ceridian’s commitment to growth in Scotland. It is essential for our employees to feel comfortable in a physical workplace environment, that allows them to produce their best work and we are so pleased to remain at Skypark with the addition of new office space.”

Skypark’s Strategic Lettings Advisor, Angela Higgins of Resonance Capital said: “Ceridian Europe is a great fit at Skypark and we are delighted that they will remain as one of our tenants here. 

Tenant retention continues to go from strength to strength and with a major transformational investment program underway, this trend is set to continue.”

Stephen Ellis, Senior Asset Manager at Federated Hermes, the £382 billion manager behind Skypark, added: “Skypark remains an attractive location for businesses and we are continuing to see strong demand for quality office space from both existing and new tenants.
