Wellbeing Week 2025

This January we made getting back to the office a whole lot easier for our occupiers with a focus on wellbeing in the workplace, with a programme of events including a lunchtime workshop with Dr Joanna Livingstone from Key Psychology Services on managing work/life stress, a chance to sign up and Give Blood,  a taster yoga session for all levels and abilities with Gaenor Aitken from Yogability, and a  lunchtime Wellbeing Social featuring warming lunch bites, calming music, a spin bike challenge and the chance to meet, shop and learn tips from the experts, including personal trainers from Nuffield Health, local community active travel champions from Bike For Good  and The Pyramid and taster treatments from Massage & Glow.

A healthy workplace starts with a healthy mind and body. Offering wellbeing services in the workplace isn’t just an added benefit—it’s essential part of Skypark life, helping our people feel valued, empowered and in control.
