Skypark, one of Scotland’s premier business locations, has announced that énergie Fitness has signed a deal to take the lower ground floor at 54 Finnieston Square. The pre-launch is under way with the opening of the club expected in mid-August.
An established operator, énergie Fitness will feature over 40 group exercise classes a week across 3 studio areas with HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and énergie Cycle in a dedicated spin studio. The Yard studio is equipped with punch bags, TRX, and slam balls which are utilised alongside MyZone heart rate monitoring technology in its Yard classes. With free Wi-Fi and an enhanced digital offering, énergie Online, offers live 2-way, interactive classes, on demand workouts, recipe inspiration, podcasts, webinars and offers.
Announcing the sixth énergie Fitness to open in Scotland, managing director Matt Roberts said: “We are delighted to announce the grand opening of our brand new énergie Fitness club at Skypark! Offering flexible amounts of space as well as flexible leases that will suit both larger companies and individual operators, Skypark’s strategic lettings advisor Angela Higgins of Resonance Capital said: “énergie Fitness is a welcome addition to our business location and compliments the new Platinum CyclingScore cycling facilities, and our physiotherapy and massage clinics. I am pleased to confirm that énergie Fitness will take a 10 year lease on 16,000 sq. ft. of bespoke space.”
